PCR

a. Add 10μl of syber green to each PCR tube.

b. Add 0.3μl of each primer to each PCR tube according to the picture.

c. Add distilled water until the mixture reaches 19.5μl.

d. Add 0.5μl of sample DNA to each PCR tube according to the picture.

e. Go through PCR.
