PCR

a. Prepare 10㎕ of cyber green, 0.5㎕ of sample DNA, 0.3㎕*(number of primer) of primer, and (9.5-0.3)*(number of primer)㎕ of distilled water

b .Put each of the reagents and sample DNA in each of the pcr tube, regarding the corresponding number.

c. Go through PCR.

d. Choose some sample according to the results of the PCR and run gel electrophoresis.
