Human Practices
One of the most prevalent problems plaguing adolescents around the world is acne. We know acne as those pesky little blemishes on our faces but biologically, they are caused by various factors, one of which we directly target with our mechanism. By targeting one small part in the production of acne, we hope that we can reduce overall production.
Regardless of whether or not our project is successful, we hope to provide further information about acne problems plaguing millions of people today. If we are successful, the number of acne producing bacteria on the skin will be severely reduced, thus helping adolescents better cope with their acne problems. Through this project, we hope to create a generation of acne-free or at least acne-reduced adolescents :)
