Shenzhen&SFLS
Shenzhen is a beautiful seaside city located in southern China, which is next to Hong Kong. Within thirty years Shenzhen has developed from a fishing village to a world class city. It’s a young city, but has endless energy and potential.
Shenzhen Foreign Languages School is one of the best high schools in Shenzhen. Our school lies in Yantian District beside the Wutong Mountain, the highest peak in Shenzhen. Every morning we open our eyes, breathe in the fresh air and start a good day. [1] SFLS is the acronym of our school name. It is a part of our team name because we love SFLS. We are proud to be SFLSers!

Our team includes 19 students, 3 instructors and 1 advisor. Our school collaborated with BGI Shenzhen to take part in iGEM High School Season. Team members have different personalities, but we are able to cooperate with each other in order to achieve every goal we’ve set.

BGI Shenzhen
BGI Shenzhen is a nonprofit research institution affiliated to BGI, located in Shenzhen, northern China. BGI Shenzhen aims at according with major needs in social development, to achieve the integration of technology development through innovation, scientific research and product incubator.
At BGI Shenzhen our team members get help with experiments as well as receive advice from their employees.
We also carry on our experiment at their lab.
