<div style="text-align: center;20px ">This picture shows our gel of the restriction digest of DNA from the DNA distribution kit. If the restriction enzymes were working, EcoR1, Spe1, Xba1, and Pst1 should cut the DNA at their designated restriction sites and consequently DNA fragments should appear on the gel. The results of the gel show that the DNA was never digested, and therefore the restriction enzymes may not have been functional or we had an error in our procedure.

This picture shows our gel of the restriction digest of DNA from the DNA distribution kit.
