ITB_Indonesia Aflatoxin sensor:Expression of CYP3A4 can catalyze aflatoxin to exo-AFB1-8,9-epoxide, which can cause damage to DNA and trigger the SOS promoter which links to chromoprotein. 黄曲霉素检测:CYP3A4的表达可以使黄曲霉素转变为一种可以破坏DNA的物质,因此可以触发SOS启动子表达色蛋白作为指示。
