Give us background. Use this as the abstract of your project. Be descriptive but concise (1-2 paragraphs) Tell us about your team, your school! Organisms on earth use solar energy to produce organics, thereby accumulating energy. However, the process is slow and inefficient. We are designing a bacterium harnessing solar energy to produce hydrogen in order to improve the utilization of the former. The specific pathway is still in abeyance, but it might be the indirect biophotolysis. We will also design an apparatus, sustaining our bacteria, collecting hydrogen and supplying necessary materials like water. Show us how you spent your days. What did you achieve over the course of your semester? What safety precautions did your team take? Did you take a safety training course? Were you supervised at all times in the lab?
