Waltham becomes the center and the start of the American Revolution and one of the most productive cities in America. Big companies such as the Waltham Watch company located in Waltham created millions of watches back then giving Waltham its name “The Watch City”. Now in present day, Waltham is still one of the chosen sites for science and engineering for companies with Raytheon, and many other massive companies located in the region. The city is now a center for research and higher education and home to one of the top research colleges Brandeis University. Waltham is quickly becoming more active in the science field and our group hopes that we could carry this ideal and achieve our goals.
