Week 1: June 08-June 14
Chloe and Austin attempted to complete the transformation of the competent E. coli cells. After the transformation, they spread plates and then picked colonies so the E. coli cultures could grow. However, the transformation was unsuccessful due to an error in the LB agar. Muriel worked the wiki as well.
