PASE1 pUC57 plasmid & A cassette which undergoes recombination into the bacterial chromosome PASE2 Arabinose and IPTG/Lactose & Tyrosyl tRNA synthetase (tyrS). 


To design a genetic circuit that limits the lifetime of a bacterial population after it is released into the environment.
