Team

Almost all team members “disappeared” during the division season, due to time limits or similar reasons. Eventually only one student on the original team roster, namely me, Minsheng Liu, stayed. Luckily, a student from Shenzhen Foreign Language School, Yuying Zhang, aided me designing our project.

Later I conducted basic wet experiments under the supervision of a graduate from Anhui Normal University. However, due to financial and time reasons, we decided to give up the experiment.

Jianxuan Wu, team member of iGEM team SJTU-BioX-Shanghai, shipped us the plasmid of the CRISPRi system his team constructed last year.

Professor Ferri, primary instructor of the iGEM team Tokyo-NoKoGen, explained the CcaS/CcaR system to us and was willing to supply us those genes.
