How to Pay Your iGEM 2014 High School Jamboree Registration Fees

General information:

Detailed information about the iGEM 2014 High School Jamboree can be found on the High School Jamboree website.

All participants must register on the Jamboree registration website. Registration fees are the same for students, instructors, advisors, and general participants.

Cost:

What's Included: The on-site registration fee includes meals (breakfast, snacks, lunch, poster reception, awards banquet, and social event) and access to all Jamboree events.

Regular Registration Fee $190 USD Deadline: June 6, 2014 11:59PM EDT Payment of $190 USD by credit card, check, or wire transfer. Payment of $190 USD must be received by the deadline.
Late Registration Fee $220 USD Deadline: payments received after June 6, 2014 Payment of $220 USD by credit card, check, or wire transfer if registering online. On-site registrants must pay via credit card or cash.
Virtual Team Registration Fee $250 USD Deadline: June 6, 2014 11:59PM EDT Payment of $250 USD by credit card, check, or wire transfer. Payment of $250 USD must be received by the deadline.
Virtual Team Late Registration Fee $280 USD Deadline: payments received after June 6, 2014 Payment of $280 USD by credit card, check, or wire transfer.

Terms:

On-site participants: Payment of $190 Jamboree registration fee must be received by iGEM by the deadline of June 6, 2014 at 11:59PM EDT. Payments received after this deadline will increase $30 to $220 for the late Jamboree registration fee. All registration fees must be received by June 6, 2014 at 11:59PM EDT. The registration fee is per participant, and the fee is the same for all on-site participants, including students, instructors, advisors, and general participants.

Virtual participants: Payment of $250 Jamboree registration fee must be received by iGEM by the deadline of June 6, 2014 at 11:59PM EDT. Payments received after this deadline will increase $30 to $280 for the late Jamboree registration fee. All registration fees must be received by June 6, 2014 at 11:59PM EDT. The registration fee is for the entire team and is not limited to a number of participants.

Refund Policy:

In order to qualify for a refund of your Jamboree registration registration fees, cancellations must be sent in writing to HQ at-sign igem.org prior to June 6, 2014. All refunds are subject to a $45 processing fee. Refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which they were received with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a team to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond iGEM's control.

Invoices:

An invoice will be available upon completion of the iGEM 2014 High School Jamboree Registration form at the registration fee site.

Wire Transfer:
Be sure to allow enough time for the transfer to arrive by the deadline (10-14 days)
After your submission of the team payment form at the registration fee site, you will receive detailed instructions on how to make your wire payment.
