Tell us about your team, your school!
Project
This semester we are creating a deodorizing bacteria. Our bacteria creates a winter green smell on cell death. Salt is an anti-bacterial and is quite prominent in sweat. We want to create this bacteria so that when the user begins to sweat the bacteria will die, releasing the winter green scent to combat any body odor created by the wearer's sweat.
Sweat is a one of the ways that the body cools itself. Unlike antiperspirants, these bacteria will not limit the body's cooling ability.
