You can download an information sheet about the iGEM High School Competition below, as well as the consent forms:

• iGEM High School Competition Information Sheet
• Participant consent form -- team members who are 12 or younger, please contact iGEM HQ
• Principal consent form
• Department head consent form

If your team is using high school laboratory facilities:

1. Each high school student must submit a participant consent form signed by their parent or guardian
2. Each instructor must submit a participant consent form
3. Each team advisor/mentor must submit a participant consent form
4. A principal of each high school represented on the team must sign the principal consent form

If your team is using university laboratory facilities:

1. Each high school student must submit a participant consent form signed by their parent or guardian
2. Each instructor must submit a participant consent form
3. Each team advisor/mentor must submit a participant consent form
4. A principal of each high school represented on the team must sign the principal consent form
5. The department head in charge of the university laboratory facility must sign the department head consent form
