But after launching my research career at Genspace, I realized that it's not boring – it’s exhilarating. I love being at the edge of my seat awaiting the results that I would be of the first to have. It’s so exciting to know that you are contributing to research that will further our knowledge of the world around us and ultimately, save lives. Research is at the forefront of medicine, and I love it. So in response to that ad, yes, I do want a job like that. One of my favorite things, and also the most frustrating, is figuring out what exactly you did wrong in an experiment. Research is rarely ever a hole in one. It requires multiple attempts of poking and prodding. And the process of getting the result you want is the most rewarding experience. And when you’re finally successful, the feeling evoked is one of the most superior forms of satisfaction.";

I started working in the field of synthetic biology because anyone can find a world of possibilities at his or her micro-pipette tips. Beyond the sciences, I live a simple life and appreciate the little things. Life is a whirlwind of activity, but sometimes, its just best to take a step back and enjoy the world around you.";

I see myself as a neurologist or a neuroscientist. I am awesome because I believe I am.I don't like cats.I like to read science fiction books for fun and pondering about innovations involving science. I imagine that one day, I will be living in a world just like those in the science fiction books I read. I study science, and I’m an aspiring physician. But I’m more than that. And at the same time less than that.
